Cancellation and Refund Policy
Thank you for choosing our retreat for your wellness journey. We strive to provide you with an exceptional experience. Please review our cancellation and refund policy outlined below:
Cancellation:
- Customers can cancel their reservation within 30 days of booking for a partial refund.
- After 15 days, the following cancellation fees apply:
- 20% of the total amount will be charged if cancelled 15 days prior to the event.
- 50% of the total amount will be charged if cancelled 7 days prior to the event.
- No refund will be provided for cancellations made less than 3 days prior to the event.
Refund:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 days after the cancellation request is approved.
- The refund amount will be credited back to the original payment method used during the booking process.
- Please note that refunds may take 7 days to reflect in your account depending on your bank or credit card provider.
- Partial refunds are due to PayPal or payment gateway charges, as well as taxes incurred, resulting in a deduction of 10% of the advance payment.

Reservation Deposit:
A reservation requires a deposit of 10% of the total price to secure your booking.
Remaining Fee Payment:
The remaining fee must be settled upon arrival before the commencement of the retreat.
Payment Options:
- You can pay the balance of the fee in Cash or through Paypal.
- If paying in cash, we accept the following currencies: INR/USD/Euros/Pounds/Australian Dollars/Canadian Dollars.
- If paying through Paypal, please note that a transaction charge of 5% will be applicable.
